WorkPing brings chosen Bitrix24 notifications to WhatsApp. It is for teams who want to keep track of work while away from their Bitrix24 account, with control over what reaches each employee.
Connect employees individually
An administrator chooses an employee using the native Bitrix24 picker, confirms their time zone and creates a personal invitation. The administrator then chooses notification types and quiet hours in the employee’s settings. The employee confirms consent from their own WhatsApp and opens WorkPing in their own Bitrix24 account. Delivery begins only after both confirmations.
Choose the updates that matter
Receive supported personal notifications, chat messages and task comments available to that employee through Bitrix24 APIs. Notification types begin turned off. Automatic delivery starts with new items after a type is enabled. Quiet hours and temporary pauses help keep work messages within the chosen schedule.
Control delivery from WhatsApp
OK1 through OK168 requests unread notifications from the last 1–168 hours; OK means one hour. MORE continues a batch. STOP pauses automatic delivery for one hour, or add an hour count up to 168. START resumes it, subject to quiet hours. READ marks chosen unread items as read without forwarding them. UNSUBSCRIBE stops messages across Bitrix24s, linked to the number.
Commands work across linked Bitrix24 instances, with each Bitrix24 notifications grouped separately. Confirmed WhatsApp delivery marks the corresponding items as read in Bitrix24. WorkPing does not create CRM records or post general replies back into Bitrix24 chats.
Personal access stays personal
Administrators manage connections. Employees provide their own Bitrix24 authorization and WhatsApp consent. WorkPing uses an EMCsoft-managed sender; employees do not need individual Twilio accounts.
The interface and service messages are in English. Original work notification content is not translated. Availability depends on the employee’s permissions, chosen types and API history. WorkPing is independent software, not an official WhatsApp or Meta product.

Additional terms
The current pilot is free, with no in-app billing. EMCsoft covers the service’s Twilio and hosting charges. Bitrix24 subscription and connectivity costs are separate. Any future paid offering will be announced before separate acceptance is required.
For Bitrix24 cloud with the required REST API access; minimum plan Basic. The interface is in English. WorkPing depends on Bitrix24, Twilio and WhatsApp availability and messaging rules. It is not an emergency delivery service.
Local and Market versions cannot coexist on the same Bitrix24. Remove the local installation before installing the Market version, then create employee connections again. There is no automatic migration.
