  • How to buy?

    To place your order, please access your Bitrix24 account as the portal administrator (if you don't have a Bitrix24 account yet, you can create one free on our site), then go to Bitrix24 > Settings > License > Select subscription plan.

  • Are there discounts for non-profit organizations?

    Educational, healthcare, and other not-for-profit organizations are eligible for a discount of 15%. To request a discount, please send a scanned copy of a request on company letterhead to sales@bitrix24.com or using the contact form. Indicate the service plan desired, the full name of the organization, and a scan of a document confirming the non-profit status of the organization.

    A coupon will be sent to you which can be applied to the purchase in the online payment system. Other discounts may not be applied unless specifically stated. Please note that this discount option is available for 6-month and 12-month subscription plans.

  • What consultation and training is available?

    To attend a training webinar, please visit the Support section for available options. To set up a consultation with a qualified Bitrix representative, please send an email to partners@bitrix24.com.

    Consultation for Bitrix24 is provided through our F.A.Q. section, Forum, and through the HelpDesk service.

  • I'm having issues with my Bitrix24 Mobile App

    You need to consult with our HelpDesk staff.

    When submitting a support ticket, please provide our support staff with as much information as needed to investigate your Mobile App issue(s). Also make sure to mention your mobile device model, and software version (e.g. iOS 7.0.2 or Android 4.3).

  • How long does the license key for Bitrix24 last?

    For the free plan, the license lasts indefinitely. For the paid plans, you can buy licenses for 1, 6, or 12 months. The period begins upon the activation of the key. You can always prolong your Bitrix24 license through the store on the Bitrix24 site or through a Bitrix Partner.

  • Must I pay to renew my license? What happens if payment isn't made?

    If you plan to extend your license for 1, 6, or 12 months, you should do so before the end of your current license.

    After the license period ends, you have a grace period of 15 days to work without limitation. If you do not extend the license, then your Bitrix24 instance will be put on the free plan, with a 5 GB limit and functionality corresponding to the free plan.

    If the amount of data in your Bitrix24 instance exceeds 5 GB, then after the grace period mentioned above, data will be accessible only for reading and deleting. You will not be able to load new files, tasks, input data into the CRM, or perform other actions until the data is below the 5 GB limit.

    As soon as the amount of data is below 5GB, all the functionality of the free plan will be engaged, and use of the free version can continue indefinitely.

    However, if no user authorizes over the course of one month after the 15-day grace period, then the account 'freezes', and can be opened only by having an administrator (an employee of your company with administrator rights in your Bitrix24 instance) log in.

    If no administrator logs in over the course of another 15 days after the account 'freezes', the Bitrix24 instance will be deleted.

  • What rights to Bitrix24 are granted after purchase?

    When a license is purchased, the buyer receives non-exclusive rights to use the program according to the terms of the license agreement.

  • Can I trust Bitrix24?

    Bitrix24 has 7 levels of security. The data you load into Bitrix24 is located in a cloud server in a datacenter from Amazon. Only users with accounts granted to your Bitrix24 instance have access to it. The login form of Bitrix24 is encrypted to prevent theft even from remote locations.

  • How safe is my data?

    Protection for data is provided at the levels of the operating system, physical access to the server, database, web-server, browser, data transfer and application.

  • How can I get technical support for Bitrix24?

    Technical support is provided by Bitrix and by Bitrix Partners. If you have purchased Bitrix24 through a partner, you may refer to that partner directly.

    You can also use the HelpDesk system for users. This system is a knowledge base where each question is registered, given a unique number, answered by our tech support team and then made available for reference to all users. It is likely that you will find the answer to your question already in the united support system and if not, please create a new question and it will be answered promptly.

  • What happens to my Bitrix24 instance if I stop using it?

    Paid plans devolve to the free plan according to the process described above. If an instance of Bitrix24 on a free plan (either converted to a free plan or originally on a free plan) is completely inactive over the course of 30 days, it 'freezes' (is archived), and it can be retrieved only by an administrator account (yourself or a user in the instance with administrator rights). To retrieve the account, an administrator simply needs to log in.

    If no administrator logs in for another 15 days after the instance is 'frozen', the Bitrix24 instance will be deleted.

  • What advantages are there in using a cloud service?

    Cloud services do not require installation and all security and maintenance is performed by Bitrix. The service is ready for use immediately. Content is provided very quickly, as users receive data from the CDN (content delivery network) of Amazon.

  • Is Bitrix24 a free service?

    Yes and no. Bitrix24 is available in three subscriptions plans - Basic (no fees), Standard (paid), and Professional (paid). There are no fees - explicit or hidden - when using the Basic subscription plan.

    There are no additional or hidden fees for commercial plans, which means there will be no charges above your monthly payments if you use Bitrix24 with Standard or Professional subscription plans.

    The only optional payment for free or commercial subscription plans could be made only in case you wanted to extend your online storage for additional 50Gb. Please see our plans and tariffs page.

  • Is Bitrix24 free only for 30 days? What happens when my 30-day trial expires?

    Bitrix24 is free, and not just for 30 days! However, when you decide to try out paid features and tools available in Bitrix24, you can activate your 30-day trial version. When the 30-day trial period expires, you can either switch to one of the commercial subscription plans (Standard $99/mo or Professional $199/mo) or continue using your Bitrix24 account with a free subscription for up to 12 users.

  • What is SaaS / Cloud service?

    Generally, Cloud services deliver you software products (new or existing) without the need to install and maintain them locally on your computer or a web server. In most cases, the Cloud services are available from any place via the Internet. A simple example of cloud services is Gmail, or Hotmail. You don't need a software product or a server to use them. All you'd need - is just an internet connection and you can start sending emails to other people.

    SaaS stands for 'Software as a Service' and reflects pretty much the same concept as Cloud services. In Cloud computing and SaaS offerings users rent (or 'borrow') online software instead of actually purchasing and installing it on their own computers.

  • How much does Bitrix24 cost? What is included with each subscription plan?

    Bitrix24 prices range from free to $199 per month. All subscription plans offer tools for uploading, organizing, and sharing files that range from 5GB to 100GB. You can also extend your online storage for additional 50Gb for each subscription plan. Please see our plans and tariffs page.

    The free subscription plan (Basic) allows you to create up to 12 user accounts, whereas the commercial subscription plans (Standard and Professional) allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of users in your Bitrix24 social intranet.

    There are no limits on the number of tasks and projects you and your colleagues collaborate on in your Bitrix24, however, the commercial subscription plans (Standard and Professional) include additional communication and collaboration tools that are absent in the free subscription plan (Basic).   • How do I cancel my Bitrix24 account?

    If you are using Bitrix24 with a free subscription plan (Basic), simply discontinue using the service. Your data will be 'frozen' if no one logs in to your Bitrix24 instance within a 30-day period. After another 15 days all data along with user accounts and domain name will be irrevocably deleted.

    If you are a commercial client (Standard or Professional subscription plan), contact a Bitrix24 representative or the Bitrix Partner through which you've been purchasing monthly subscriptions and inform them that you no longer wish to use the service and would like to cancel subsequent payments (cancel recurrent payments / auto-billing). After that, the paid plans will devolve to the free plan, and you can either continue on the free plan or simply stop using the service.

  • How can I customize my Bitrix24 instance?

    All our clients - with free or commercial subscription plans, - work and have fun with their colleagues and friends in Bitrix24 using the same user interface that includes color schemes, tabs, layouts, buttons and fonts. There are no customization options available in Bitrix24 right now.

    However, provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can change the company name in the header. To edit the company name, please navigate to the left-side menu > Company > Settings.

  • How do I know how much more online storage space I have left?

    Provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can view how much space has already been used in your Bitrix24 and how much more free space is left. To view this information, please navigate to the left-side menu > Company > Settings.

    Depending on your subscription plan, by default you have 5Gb, 50Gb or 100Gb online storage in your Bitrix24. You can extend your online storage for additional 50Gb for each subscription plan. Please see our plans and tariffs page.

  • How do I know how many users accounts have already been created in my Bitrix24? Is there a limit on user accounts?

    The commercial subscription plans (Standard and Professional) allow you to create (or invite for self-registration) and manage an unlimited number of users.

    If you are using Bitrix24 with a free subscription plan (Basic), the user count is limited to 12. Provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can view how many user accounts have already been created in your Bitrix24 and how many user accounts can be created more. To view this information, please navigate to the left-side menu > Company > Settings.

  • How can I upgrade or downgrade my Bitrix24?

    You can upgrade from any subscription plan to any subscription plan at any time.

    To upgrade your Bitrix24, please select one of the options in your Bitrix24 settings. Provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can upgrade or downgrade your Bitrix24, please navigate to the left-side menu > Company > Settings.

    You can also notify a Bitrix24 representative or a Bitrix Partner you've been purchasing monthly subscriptions from so that your payment plan is changed according to your needs.

    Upgrades and downgrades takes effect immediately right after your new monthly rate begins at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • How can I update or change my credit card?

    To update your credit card information, please send a request to Bitrix24 Sales Department or get in touch with the Bitrix Partner you've been purchasing monthly subscriptions from. Please make sure that you get in touch with Bitrix24 or your Bitrix Partner in a timely manner so that your subscription payments are not delayed.

  • What payment options are available? Can I pay by PayPal, check or wire? Can Bitrix provide us with an invoice?

    In most cases, all major payment options are available: online credit card, PayPal, checks, and wire transfer.

    If needed, Bitrix can also provide you with an invoice. Please send an inquiry to Bitrix24 Sales Department or get in touch with a Bitrix Partner you would like to purchase a subscription plan from.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Bitrix provides no refunds for Bitrix24 services. Bitrix24 is a pay-as-you-go service with commercial subscriptions billed every 1, 6, or 12 months. You can cancel the subscription at any time by notifying a Bitrix representative or the Bitrix Partner from whom you purchased your subscription so that you are not charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred according to the Terms of Service.
