After successful registration, you will receive an email that you have to confirm!

When you confirm your account, click 'Login' to connect to SOFIA HR from Bitrix24!

Only an Administrator can provide access to Sofia HR for the company's employees.

The Administrator first has to import the company's employees to the Employees list in Bitrix24 Sofia HR Application, by accessing the "Settings" tab.

Then, in order to give access to the Sofia HR Bitrix24 Application for an employee, the administrator has to navigate to SOFIA HR website (https://app.sofiahr.com), log in, select the employee fr om the Employee list and edit the employee.

After that, the Administrator can enable the employee as an "App user" by turning on the respective option.

The Administrator also assigns a temporary password and then informs the specific employee to login with the credentials and remind the employee to change the temporary password after logging in.
