    SMS messaging to existing CRM entries. There are vast recipient filtering options, including the following:

    • Name / Surname
    • Client type

    Built-in and custom SMS templates, as well as personalized SMS messages are supported.

    SMS campaign tool has the following options:

    • Custom recipient list
    • SMS messaging to leads, contacts, companies according to several criteria, such as status, birthday etc.

    Additional features:

    • Scheduled SMS texting
    • Delivery reports
    • SMS message personalization (by using CRM variables, such as names, agreement numbers etc.)
    • Custom Sender ID (both numeric and alphanumeric characters are supported)
    • Any GSM phone number format is supported
    • SMS sending from numbers copied to clipboard is supported as well
    • Numbers with wrong format are barred automatically from sending
    Compatible with Bitrix24 Cloud and On-premise editions

    If you have version 2 already installed you MUST uninstall it and install version 3 instead!

    The application is designed for one-time and bulk SMS messaging, SMS marketing campaigns for existing customers and notifications to random numbers.

  • How to install:
    1. In order to proceed, please conclude SMS service agreement with CSC TELECOM and specify custom Sender ID
    2. Install the application via Bitrix24 Marketplace
    3. Specify corresponding username/API key/Sender ID in the app settings
    4. Start messaging your clients!
