Alloka integration allows you to track advertising sources of every phone lead you receive. Application creates new Lead or Contact in your Bitrix24 after every call. Or updates client’s data if a contact already exists. The ‘Source of the first call’ and UTM-parameters will be added to the client’s card, as well as information about the client’s subsequent calls. Conversation recordings will also be added to Bitrix24. This data allows you to have cross analytics about every client attracted by advertising, from click to the deal. In your Alloka panel find the project you want to integrate with Bitrix24. Find integrations settings for Bitrix24. Type your Bitrix24 domain name, fill extra forms and authorize the app. After the authorization every call data will be added to your Bitrix24.
