Create ideas
CoPilot is full of wonderful and original ideas. All you have to do is enter a prompt, and it will quickly suggest an idea, expand on your original thought, or adapt an existing concept to your needs.
Write texts
You can ask CoPilot to write an original text based on your prompt or modify an existing copy, changing its tone, correcting mistakes, adding emojis, making a list, or rewriting it from a different perspective (developer, marketer, etc.).
Give responses
Our CoPilot is smart enough to give praise or suggest constructive criticism of someone’s message, idea, or opinion. Really cool stuff – especially when you’re too busy to search for the right words.
Summarize tasks

Transcribe calls in CRM
Got off the phone after a 35-minute call with a client? No need to go back and listen through it all – CoPilot will transcribe your call in the text format, while also automatically filling in the right fields in a CRM lead or deal (name, phone, company, etc.).
Connect to any AI provider
CoPilot in Bitrix24 allows you to choose the preferred AI tool. Whether it’s OpenAI, Google, Facebook, X, or a custom AI tool trained on your corporate data, you can easily connect it to Bitrix24 and make it your CoPilot.
Calendar
With the updated and improved open slots, organizing events and appointments in Bitrix24 has become even more convenient, especially from your mobile phone.
Time zones
When you’re planning a meeting in Bitrix24, our calendar will now take every participant’s time zone into account and show it in the event menu. A really useful tool if your team is spread out across multiple time zones.
Integration with email
When you receive an invitation via email with an iCal file, a new event will be created in your calendar automatically. Plus, now you can send the link to your open slots right in the email, where the participants can pick the one that suits them.
Available time slots
You can now set the date and time range of your availability (e.g., MON, WED, FRI, 9 to 12), as well as duration of each slot. This makes it easy for external users to pick an available time slot from your schedule.
Time slots for multiple participants
When you’re setting up a meeting with an external user and a few other people from your company (e.g., client, sales manager, and legal specialist), our Calendar will take into consideration the available time slots of all participants.
Mobile calendar
We’ve completely redesigned and reimagined the calendar in our mobile app, making it easy to navigate and use on a daily basis. Naturally, all of the new features (including time slots) are available there as well.
New chat
Our chat has received a complete overhaul – from architecture to design and everything in between. The result is a sleek-looking team messenger with tons of new features for productive collaboration and communication.
